11PM - Bryan Gallo (w/ butchers blind)
Bryan Gallo is a Long Island based singer-songwriter inspired by late nights in bars, the backseats of cars, and the pressures and consequences of living life romantically. Intrigued by both the sounds of alternative country-rock and wistful pop music he embarked on a solo career and began to pen songs that would be deeply personal but still readily accessible. Steeped in reflective heartache, the lexicon of Gallo’s lyrics stands as a testament to his raw talent as a musician while weaving a flush and relatable narrative.
with special guest Katie Pearlman

Butchers Blind formed in 2009 in Bellerose, New York. Pete Mancini, Paul Cianciaruso, Brian Reilly, and Christopher Smith came together through mutual friends and a shared love of music. In 2011, they signed with Paradiddle Records, an independent record label based out of Huntington, New York. That year they released their debut CD, Play for the Films. The album was a critical success, garnering the band favorable reviews and radio airplay around the world. Their new record, Destination Blues, marks a significant step forward for the band. Since the album’s release, the band has opened for national touring acts like Blues Traveler, and has shared the stage with influential songwriters like Steve Forbert and James Maddock. When you listen to the music of Butchers Blind, it’s the performance and the songwriting that draws you in - and if you listen close enough, you can hear the future of American music in every note.
Quarter Horse is an americana band with rock, folk, alternative, country, blues, and jazz influence. They are known for three part vocal harmonies, tandem lead guitar, and improvisation.

Weaving between two continents, Chris J. Connolly’s music has been his support system and a reflection of his journeys. Originally from Staffordshire, England - Chris spent his early years performing in hometown venues before eventually crossing the Atlantic to reside in his current home on Long Island. Inspired by both early American roots music and modern alt-rock, Chris grew to craft his own unique style of writing and phrasing that moves between sublime, evolving and hook based melodies.

Chris’s debut album, due out this fall on Diversion Records, is anchored around his raw acoustic guitar and vocal arrangements while also exploring newfound sonic territory. With minimalistic additions of percussion, bass, and electric guitar, the album is a diverse and spacious journey rooted in natural performances and craftsmanship that maintains the intimacy and presence of his earlier work. The first single is due in September, with the full album following in late 2014.
