WEIRD FISHES

6 friends from some of Long Island’s best-known musical acts enjoy getting together and passing the time by painstakingly learning Radiohead’s music and preparing full-length concert experience sets for their own enjoyment and that of their friends and fans.  Featuring members of Heavy Duty Super Ego, Ancient Tongue, Multiple Mono & The Dillinger Esc Plan, and paired with a fully-synced live visual projection display, Weird Fishes brings an authentic Radiohead setlist and energy to the most discerning of audiences.

Weird Fishes is:

Josh Morin: Vocals, guitar.

James Usher: Guitar, vocals.

Colin Kasprowicz: Bass guitar, keyboards.

Billy Rymer: Drumkit, electronic drums.

Frederic Grau: Percussion, bells.

Kenny Grau: Percussion, electronic percussion.

Rich Courage: Real-time video projection/manipulaton.

Pink Flaw’d is not your usual Pink Floyd tribute band… Comprised of members of bands at the forefront of the burgeoning Patchogue Scene, we just wanted to see if they could pull off performing the exacting and sonically lush music of Pink Floyd.
Actually… we got together because Tom got asked to put together a Pink Floyd cover band for a gig in 2007. He loved Pink Floyd, and so he called Mike up, Mike called Kevin, then Kevin called Jim. We called Andy (our 1st drummer), but then he left for California, so we called Russell. Performing infrequently to keep the project fresh, each show was an event. In 2013 we were asked to play a special performance at the Patchogue Theatre for the Performing Arts where we decided to add Justin on saxophone(s) and the talented vocal trio of Annie, Amy and Crystal. The result was captivating and crackled with live energy.
