Noah’s ARC was founded in 2007 with a common goal to preserve, expand and pay homage to island music. The group’s line-up includes members of long-time favorite south shore bands: Karmasutra, The Others and The Montauk Project (founded in Patchogue in 1997). This close-knit crew of friends has created a blend of Ska, Rocksteady, Roots Reggae, Dub and Soca rhythms along with an infusion of the Rock, Funk, Experimental, and Free Form styles that could only come from suburban white boys with roots of their own.
