The Country Showdown is America’s Largest and Longest running country music talent showcase.

Each year, thousands of artists compete in local finals throughout the United States put on by over 300 radio stations. Artist such as Miranda Lambert, Garth Brooks, Brad Paisley, Luke Bryan, Martina McBride and many others participated in Country Showdown events over its 35 year history. The northeast semifinals will host 12 aspiring country music artists looking to launch their music careers by winning the Semifinal title giving them an all-expense paid trip to the National Finals in Nashville TN where someone will win an artist development package and the title of “Best New Act In Country Music”. A panel of judges will picked one lucky winner based on their vocal talent, overall talent, marketability in country music, stage presence and charisma. Brian Clayton and the Green River Band will be performing after the showcase prior to the exciting announcement of their years Northeast Semifinal Winner!
