In the fall of 1970 Eric Clapton and his band Derek and the Dominoes was joined in the studio by Duane Allman during the recording of the album Layla and Other Love Stories. The collaboration between two guitar legends would prove to create one of the most inspired albums of all times. Layla and Other Songs is a celebration of that collaboration and will include sets from The Growlerz, Shecky and the Twangtones and Jellyband with special guest Jim Fleming. Laced throughout will be the music from that seminal album as well other tunes from the storied careers of these two guitar legends and the music which inspired and was inspired by them.
