8:15 PM    RAINBOW FULL OF SOUND with

Waynard Scheller - Keys ( Jam Stampede )
Dave Berg - Guitar ( DSO )
Bobby Liano Guitar ( Reckoning )
Craig Privett - Bass ( Half Step )
Joe Chirco - Drums ( Zen Tricksters )

Recreating the music of the Grateful Dead / Jerry Garcia / Bob Weir / Phil and Friends / Ratdog / Further / including the classic Dylan / Beatles or Allman Bros songs that the Dead sometimes covered, as well as an occasional song from Waynard's catalog of original songs, captures the vibe and true essence of the dead's energy from a new perspective. The band has been known to play both acoustic and electric sets - as well as all of your favorite's from the Grateful Dead song book!

The project was formed in the summer of 2012 and originally started as a group of seasoned players from the east coast jam band circle, brought together by Waynard, to recreate the Grateful Dead's 1980 radio city music hall show's. Waynard's idea to perform the 8 show run started out on the first Tuesday night at the Wonder Bar in Asbury Park, NJ, with about 40 guests attending the show. By the 3rd or 4th week, attendance grew to over 150 per show on a Tuesday night! Realizing this was a great concept, Waynard continued to build the network, and today the band is drawing upwards of 150/200 and even as many as 400 per show.

The band consists of a revolving cast of about 20 to 25 different players from bands such as: JamStampede / Zen Tricksters / Splintered Sunlight / Juggling Suns / Solar Circus / Half Step / Reckoning / Blue Highways and even an occasional sit in by players like Jason Crosby from Phil and Friends, as well as many others.

7:30 PM   Katie Pearlman

"Singer/songwriter Katie Pearlman has a strong, sweet voice and rock-solid drum skills. Her talented band is simpatico. With songs like these, who needs to tune into adult contemporary radio's monotony?"
- Tad Dickens, The Roanoke Times

"Katie ultimately sings about life’s unforgettable experiences, both the good and bad, and those joyful and regretful."
